After the Back book of the same series of books was more than excited, I wanted to also have the cookbook. Here it is:
This is more than just a cookbook, for me it's a real guide, which I always like to take again in hand. But from the beginning: this book also has a spiral binding so the pages can not turn the pages themselves, plus a spine so the book is good on the shelf.
All recipes are also suitable for diabetes and celiac disease. Who has to pay attention when cooking, appreciates this service. Nevertheless, I believe this book is written entirely suitable for everyday use and not specifically for people with disabilities!

Leafing through, I was startled at the recipe "Asian rice soup" in the chapter 'breakfast and snacks'. That was unusual times and had to be tried! The next morning, I then directly tested the recipe, I had eaten but to date has never been a rice soup for breakfast. The ginger was left off for personal reasons, But I was pleasantly surprised at how little effort and how much good taste was in my soup. Meanwhile I cooked the soup three times, each with other vegetables, and it has become one of my standard recipes.

My husband is an amateur fisherman and as I have often times get fish to the kitchen where I was wondering, as I now for the best processing. This recipe template is not a problem anymore and when I took up all the ideas I can start over again, without us getting bored with eating. Incidentally, the category 'fish' kept in blue;)
Finally, I'm still one of the tips from A to Z, which are always important.
